Free assessment
An advertised free eligibility check may mean an intake form, introductory call or clinical consultation. This information page explains what to confirm before sharing details or paying for care.
What it asks
The word assessment does not tell you who evaluates your answers or what happens afterward. Before responding to a Las Vegas offer, ask whether it involves a clinician, an administrative team or an automated questionnaire. Confirm whether you receive general information, an appointment recommendation or an individual clinical evaluation. A short eligibility check can raise questions without resolving them.
A suitable next step depends on more than a weight entry. The person considering a prescription needs enough information to evaluate the proposed treatment, including the conditions that may make GLP-1 treatment unsuitable. An invitation to book, a suggested brand or a favorable screening message should not be interpreted as a completed prescribing decision. Ask how unanswered questions and uncertain medical history are handled.
Find out exactly which part is free and when any charge begins. A consultation offer may exclude laboratory testing, follow-up visits or the prescription itself. Request the written program cost, cancellation terms and any automatic renewal agreement before paying. Check the medication cost separately unless the written offer explicitly includes it. A free first contact does not establish the cost of continuing treatment.
After you send it
Rough numbers are fine at this stage. Completeness on the medication list matters more than precision on the weight.
Before anyone calls you. That means the first conversation starts from your history rather than from scratch.
Either a consultation is worth booking, or it is not, or something specific needs checking first.
Nothing is booked automatically and nothing is charged. The assessment is information, not a commitment.
What it is not
Recent measurements, a weight history and a list of diagnosed conditions help make an evaluation useful. Note when your height and weight were measured rather than treating an old estimate as current. The BMI requirements page explains the limits of a screening number, while qualifying health conditions explains why documented diagnoses matter. Bring available records, previous weight management treatments and the reasons you stopped them. A clinician can decide whether existing records are sufficient or whether specific tests are appropriate; a particular laboratory package is not automatically required by every assessment offer.
Prepare the names of prescription medicines, nonprescription products and supplements, including any current or previous GLP-1 treatment. Record serious allergies, pancreatic or gallbladder problems, significant digestive symptoms and the exact thyroid cancer history if known. Pregnancy plans and breastfeeding also belong in the clinical discussion. The drug interactions guide explains why a complete list matters. When evaluating a physician-supervised program, ask who makes prescribing decisions, how to reach that professional and who handles follow-up concerns. Share sensitive records through the clinical service's stated process after checking its identity and privacy information.

Common questions
The meaning of free, the limits of screening and the handling of your information matter before enrollment.
Half expected a card field at the end. There was not one, and the call back actually referenced what I had written.
Filled it in on a Sunday evening, had an answer Monday. No pressure to book anything.
Told me something needed checking with my GP before we went further. Slower, but the right order.
Did the check, decided to wait six months, and nobody chased me. Booked later on my own terms.
